The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a secure area, so close to Playa Norte and the ferry terminal. the rooms were quiet with a balcony and had all necessary facilities.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. We loved being able to easily explore the center and the beach, as they were just a short walk away. The staff provided amazing service and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms with balconies offered a great view and added a touch of luxury to our experience.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel is superb! the location is perfect - right in the center and just a few minutes walk from the ferry point. Secondly, the staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience. I particularly liked the attention to detail in the decoration. Plus, the hotel offers a great value for money with basic amenities and a balcony option. The breakfast at the nearby beach location was a lovely addition.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Great location near the ferry and all attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the stunning views of the city during sunset.
We had issues with the plumbing in the bathroom, which caused a strong sulfur smell every morning. The bed was also uncomfortable and caused a lot of back pain.

Located in the heart of the action, close to the ferry and everything you need. You can enjoy great breakfast at either Lola Valentina or next door. the rooftop bar has a stunning view and craft cocktails.
The hotel's plumbing can be a bit of an issue in the bathroom.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and wifi which was great. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
The room was small and didn't match the pictures shown online. the facilities seemed dated and in need of some renovation.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and attentive to our needs. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a dressing area. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of choices and delicious food. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the flat-screen TV and the air conditioning. we had a fantastic stay here.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.
